National Guard serviceman surrendered himself a few hours after the shooting. An investigation is underway.
A tragedy occurred on January 27 in Dnipro, where a conscript, a member of the National Guard, killed five people and wounded five more. Four of the killed are fellow members of the National Guard. The fifth victim of the shooting is shooter’s grandmother.
Out of the five wounded servicemen, three are in critical condition.
The suspect left the scene and police launched a special operation to arrest him. He surrendered himself after a few hours. An investigation is underway.
