Azov received Czech Dita howitzers

The Azov unit of the National Guard is receiving Western equipment.

The artillery unit of the 12th Azov Brigade of the National Guard has received Czech 155mm wheeled self-propelled artillery systems, Dita. The brigade’s press service released a video showcasing the new equipment.

The crew highlighted the system’s high level of automation: the commander does not need to manually control the vehicle at the firing position. Instead, all data is entered into the onboard computer, and the driver-mechanic and gunner receive the necessary parameters and instructions before carrying out the mission.

You can find more information about the Dita howitzer on the official website of its manufacturer, the Czech company Excalibur Army.
