Lieutenant ColonelGraduating from the Petro Sahaidachny National Academy, he is a representative of a new generation of Ukrainian military commanders. He was appointed the commander of the 5th Heavy Mechanized Brigade, from the 5th Assault Brigade, where he began his service as the deputy commander of an assault battalion, and would later go on to serve as chief of staff, battalion commander, and deputy brigade commander. For his courage and professionalism, he was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, third degree, and gained special recognition during the defense of Donbas. His unit held strategically important positions near Bakhmut and Chasiv Yar, preserving the road of life between Ukrainian positions.
