On January 26, 2023, the unit became one of the first strike UAV companies in the ranks of the 92nd Brigade. Due to its high combat effectiveness, it was later expanded into a battalion of unmanned systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Achilles Battalion of Unmanned Systems from the 92nd Assault Brigade has been expanded into a regiment. The change was announced through the unit\u2019s official social media accounts and website<\/a>. It has been designated as the 429th and is now known as the 429th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems. The regiment remains in the structure of the Ground Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
