That same month, many units of the corps would be revealed to be part of several branches across the umbrella of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, including the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Territorial Defense Forces, National Guard, and Border Guard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A month later, two high profile units would join the corps, being the <a href=\"https:\/\/militaryland.net\/ua\/ukraine\/armed-forces\/41st-mechanized-brigade\/\" data-type=\"unit\" data-id=\"18672\">41-\u0430 \u043c\u0435\u0445\u0430\u043d\u0456\u0437\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0430 \u0431\u0440\u0438\u0433\u0430\u0434\u0430<\/a>, mostly known for the defense of Chasiv Yar, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/militaryland.net\/ua\/ukraine\/armed-forces\/1027th-anti-aircraft-missile-and-artillery-regiment\/\" data-type=\"unit\" data-id=\"48107\">1027th Anti-Aircraft Missile &amp; Artillery Regiment<\/a>. In August 2025, the 41st Mechanized Brigade would depart from the corps, joining the <a href=\"https:\/\/militaryland.net\/ua\/ukraine\/armed-forces\/16th-army-corps\/\" data-type=\"unit\" data-id=\"45510\">16-\u0439 \u0430\u0440\u043c\u0456\u0439\u0441\u044c\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u043a\u043e\u0440\u043f\u0443\u0441<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In February 2026, the <a href=\"https:\/\/militaryland.net\/ua\/ukraine\/armed-forces\/65th-mechanized-brigade\/\" data-type=\"unit\" data-id=\"16154\">65-\u0439 <\/a>\u0456 <a href=\"https:\/\/militaryland.net\/ua\/ukraine\/armed-forces\/151st-mechanized-brigade\/\" data-type=\"unit\" data-id=\"24536\">151st Mechanized Brigade&#8217;s<\/a> were rotated, with the 151st Mechanized Brigade leaving the structure of the corps to join the <a href=\"https:\/\/militaryland.net\/ua\/ukraine\/armed-forces\/17th-army-corps\/\" data-type=\"unit\" data-id=\"45088\">17-\u0439 \u0430\u0440\u043c\u0456\u0439\u0441\u044c\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u043a\u043e\u0440\u043f\u0443\u0441<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The formation is believed to be the new Reserve Corps of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, with the former Reserve Corps, namely the <a href=\"https:\/\/militaryland.net\/ua\/ukraine\/armed-forces\/11th-army-corps\/\" data-type=\"unit\" data-id=\"22606\">11-\u0439 \u0430\u0440\u043c\u0456\u0439\u0441\u044c\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u043a\u043e\u0440\u043f\u0443\u0441<\/a>, being reformed into a full-on frontline formation following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0412\u0456\u0434\u0437\u043d\u0430\u043a\u0438<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The insignia displays a traditional chevron with a green canvas and yellow border. The central imagery contains an elaborately designed shield with a Crossbow facing the peak of the insignia, grasped by a gauntlet. The 65th Mechanized Brigade, previously part of the 17th Army Corps, has been transferred to the 12th Army Corps responsible for the defense of Kyiv, while the 151st Mechanized Brigade has taken its place within the 17th Army Corps.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The change became known through posts by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/press.nmr\/posts\/pfbid02XFdEFndVxgfuABbKX58HkNtZXjsW3FCeqqryFd8a2MDhLDyrac41aNegzh9RgrVtl\">Nikopol City Council<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/nvimu\">National Military History Museum of Ukraine<\/a>, which published the current structure of both corps formations.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>65th Mechanized Brigade has been deployed to the Zaporizhzhia direction since 2022, where it has been responsible for defense operations and also took part in the 2023 summer offensive along the Robotyne axis.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>151st Mechanized Brigade was formed in 2023 in Dnipro.
