Among those detained is a battalion commander from the brigade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luchanov assumed command of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade in February 2026. Prior to that, he served as chief of staff of the 425th &#8220;Skelya&#8221; Regiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May, a video circulated on social media showing a serviceman from the 155th Brigade beating another soldier, who was sitting on the ground with his hands tied behind his back. The servicemen involved have been suspended from duty and are cooperating with investigators.
