This was revealed through a gift certificate obtained by MilitaryLand staff. He was relieved of his duties due to the <em>&#8220;loss of positions in the corps&#8217; respective area of responsibility.&#8221;<\/em> Along with Kituhin, the commander of the 17th Army Corps, Colonel Volodymyr Silenko, was also dismissed. Through our research, we managed to find that in 2023, he served as commander of the 64th Territorial Defense Battalion. A photo on social media dated December 14, 2023, shows he held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nus.in.ua\/novyny-zolochivschyny\/5056-vtretye-u-zolochevi-delegaciya-iz-mini-milich.html\">nus.in.ua<\/a> portal, in March 2024 he was acting commander of the 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade. This aligns with the brigade&#8217;s timeline, as the commander of the 103rd Brigade, Valery Kurk, <a href=\"https:\/\/zaxid.net\/komandira_lvivskoyi_103_brigadi_tro_valeriya_kurka_zvilnili_z_posadi_n1578939\">was dismissed<\/a> from his post on February 14, 2024. He has relatively limited experience, having only led a territorial defense brigade for three months. His appointment would suggest he is an acting commander until a permanent replacement is found; however, in such cases, this is typically noted in the gift certificate.
