Known by the callsign \u201cLeo\u201d, he was born into a military family and received a professional military education in Kharkiv before serving in the 12-\u0442\u0430 \u043e\u043f\u0435\u0440\u0430\u0442\u0438\u0432\u043d\u0430 \u0431\u0440\u0438\u0433\u0430\u0434\u0430<\/a> of the Ukrainian National Guard. In 2014, he took part in defending state institutions during the pro-Russian unrest, later continuing service in a police security unit in Kyiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He joined the \u0411\u0440\u0438\u0433\u0430\u0434\u0430 \u0410\u0437\u043e\u0432<\/a> in January 2023 as an instructor in basic combat training, later participating in combat operations in the Zaporizhzhia, Kreminna, Toretsk, and New York sectors, where he served as Deputy Commander of the 3rd Company of the 1-\u0439 \u0431\u0430\u0442\u0430\u043b\u044c\u0439\u043e\u043d \u0441\u043f\u0435\u0446\u0456\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0437\u043d\u0430\u0447\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f<\/a>. In 2024, he became Deputy Commander of the 6-\u0439 \u0431\u0430\u0442\u0430\u043b\u044c\u0439\u043e\u043d \u0441\u043f\u0435\u0446\u0456\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0437\u043d\u0430\u0447\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f<\/a>. Since April 2025, he has served as the acting commander of the brigade\u2019s 1st Special Purpose Battalion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since late 2025, he has been serving in the Dobropilia and Pokrovsk directions of the frontline commanding the battalion.<\/p>\n\n\n
