With roughly 250 vehicles pledged by Sweden to Ukraine this 1960s APC entered Ukrainian Service with the marines defending the Sumy region in 2025 during the final days of the Kursk offensive. Armed with an unstabilized 20mm cannon, amphibious, and better armored than an M113, and available in numbers the vehicle offered a fresh boost to the Ukrainian marines. Previously only used in peace keeping operations including during the breakup of Yugoslavia, this is the vehicles first use in a war.
